Shipping Policy

Ordering

This shipping policy applies to HousTone Publishing’s sales, music, apparel, print related products and branding services. Occasionally supply issues do happen industry wide, but they are normally cleared up within a reasonable time frame. We guarantee all customers will receive their shipment or will be notified of any delays.

Payments

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Amazon Pay, and Google Checkout Through Square Gateway.

Delivery and Shipment Details

Most orders are processed and generally shipped within 2 to 3 business days from when the order is placed. Longer lead times may occur on orders if an item is out of stock. In such cases those order should still be shipped out within 7 to 10 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking information.

Shipping Charges

We use a formula based on your zip code and the weight or our products to figure the shipping costs. Rather than inflate our product prices and offer flat rate or free shipping like other online competitors, HousTone Publishing keeps prices at fair levels and charge shipping rates that closely match the actual charges of UPS, USPS and other carriers. You can add a product to your shopping cart and enter your zip code in our calculator to determine your shipping rate at check out. Select Economy/Book Ground Rate or Priority Ground.

International Shipping

We ship only to the continental United States, Canada and Mexico at this time. If you require shipping outside these countries, we cannot process your order. All prices are in US dollars. Orders shipped to Canada and Mexico pass through customs and are subject to import duties, taxes, and custom processing fees. These charges will be calculated by the shipper and billed directly to you. While these charges are usually relatively small, please be aware that they do exist. Recipients are exclusively responsible for paying these additional fees.
